What You’ll Do:
- Connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking
- Educate clients on insurance products tailored to their needs
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
- Collaborate with our team to provide top-tier service
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Previous sales experience preferred, insurance experience a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
- Able to obtain Life and Health License.
