What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with policy questions, claims, and updates
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver seamless service
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide helpful information about insurance products and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office)
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
