What Youβll Do:
- π€ Assist clients with policy questions, claims, and updates
- β‘ Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction
- π₯ Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver seamless service
- ποΈ Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- π Provide helpful information about insurance products and services
What Weβre Looking For:
- π£οΈ Excellent communication and active listening skills
