What Youβll Do:
π€ Assist clients with policy questions

π₯ Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver seamless service
ποΈ Maintain accurate client records and documentation
π Provide helpful information about insurance products and services
What Weβre Looking For:
π£οΈ Excellent communication and active listening skills
π Empathy, patience, and desire to help others
𧩠Strong problem-solving abilities
βοΈ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
π» Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office)
π Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License
