ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As an Agent's Assistant, you will help complete tasks such as organizing appointments for Agent, office errands, help Agent with office events and any other needed tasks to reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Schedule appointments
  • Help in marketing events
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Organize office supplies
  • Office errands 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to helping others
  • Able to effectively assist Agent with tasks
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
